The Mayoral Primary Can't Come Soon Enough...

This post is about a lot of things. This idea can be applied to so many different ideas that are under attack these days from idiots who say “back in my day”. And isn’t that the stupidest thing one of these folks who wants to “return to ________ values” says? Come to think of it, the stupidest thing is “there are still some good people in this world”. No. There are a LOT of good people out there. None of them hang with mayor whiny-britches, but I digress.

The idea that time moves forward, that we learn more and more about the world we live in, should not be a fucking shock to these idiots. Autism has always existed. But before years of studying by scientists (the people conservatives got their information from before YouTube), it was just a form of schizophrenia.

This statement, about learning new information, also applies to gender and gender identity. And try telling the slow folks in the mayor’s orbit that sex is different from gender. In actuality, I can’t think of anything the mayor knows less about than the one issue he screams the loudest about. He doesn’t understand these differences, nuances, and the science behind them. He understands skipping leg day, but his source(s) that have shaped his opinion on how to treat other human beings are wrong. Warped and wrong. 

Mayor whiny-britches went on another rant about how he’s being attacked and oppressed. 

What other megalomaniac does this type of tweet sound like?

So, mayor coin flip, let’s talk about these attacks on you. 

Name one “leftist” policy that is oppressing you?

Was it the Covid “loan” your business got that was forgiven? That was never paid back,right? This government handout, according to you, is a leftist policy. Want to stick your money where your ass is? Give it back. Every red cent. 

Has your freedom to practice your religion been oppressed?

Many would argue it’s the other way around. When you gather in the town square, nobody is stopping you. Common sense should stop you from doing that, but people aren’t. However, you are now forcing every citizen walking down town to listen to your hypocritical speeches. And who chooses the prayer at the city council? How many local religious leaders that are not in your circle have you allowed to give the invocation?

Has your freedom of speech been oppressed?

You spout hatred and violence without accountability. The council,  your klan, and your devout followers are unable to keep you from screaming lies and hate via social media. While you see this as a performance to further your political career, you bury your head in the sand when people warn of real consequences. 

You use your position “as mayor” to attack your own citizens and the businesses that you’re supposed to be supporting. You hand out checks worth tens of thousands of our tax dollars while decrying the evils of handouts and socialism. 

You made being homeless a crime. 

So let’s be clear, mayor whiny-britches, you’re not in any danger. You are the asshole calling all the shots backed by cowards, sycophants, and a system that rewards white mediocrity over minority exceptionality. You continuously fail upwards while claiming that you’re a victim with an imaginary bullseye on your head. You post lies like this knowing that your deranged followers are prone to violence. 

What say you we make a deal. Since you’re not actually doing anything for Monroe, but get us bad press and giving away our tax money to your friends, we would like to encourage you to continue traveling the state with other mediocre white folks failing upwards. Continue to make speeches about the great work you’ve done in Monroe, without being able to back it up with a single example. Continue to whine about being attacked for being a shitty person. Continue to use the word “woke” as a pejorative because you can’t spell empathy, understanding, or love.

Not an element of truth.

Continue to contradict yourself in the same sentence as you cry out that you’re a defender of freedom while using every ounce of your power to take freedom away from people who want to live their life. Live their life in a way that doesn’t affect you in the least. 

Continue doing that and we’ll make sure you lose handily in the mayoral primary next year. That way you can move on and stop being attacked by all the citizens of Monroe, Republicans, Democrats, unaffiliated, and really any literate person, that you hate so much. 

That is of course you don’t file for a different race in December…
